Happy Times Customer Referral Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.
This Happy Times Customer Referral Loyalty Program (referred to as the 'Program") is built into and effective on the [May 20, 2025] (Effective Date), between [Queenslandparlorregistry.com.au] and joined Happy Times members and participating site Massage Parlors and Sex Workers. (referred to as a businesses] (collectively referred to as 'Parties').
I. Introduction
A. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions: This document governs the terms and conditions of participation in the [Queenslandparlorregistry.com.au ] Referral Loyalty Program ("Program").
B. Parties Involved: The Parties to this Program are the Company, the Joined Members and Participating active businesses.
C. Effective Date: This document is an Agreement shall become effective as of the date of enrolment in the Program by the Happy Times Member and Business Parties.
II. Definitions
Key Terms and Definitions Used Throughout the Agreement:

"Program": The Queenslandparlorregistry.com.au Happy Times Referral Loyalty Program.

"Member": An individual who has enrolled in the Happy Times member group and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. Including a site active participating business owner.

"Points": The currency used within the Program to track Member activity and rewards.

"Rewards": Benefits and incentives offered to Members for their participation in the Program.

"Discounts". Reduced payments for services rendered to Happy Times members at Parties businesses.
III. Membership Eligibility
A. Criteria for Membership: Membership in the Program is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria established by the Company.
B. Enrollment Process: To enroll in the Program, individuals must join the Happy Times site member group or other designated enrolment process provided by the Company. By enrolling members agree to abide by all the Terms & Conditions of participating.
C. Membership Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member's participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of Program rules or fraudulent activity.
IV. Loyalty Program Benefits
A. Description of Rewards and Benefits:
Members may earn Rewards by engaging in qualifying activities as defined by the Company. These Rewards can be redeemed for as cash payouts to the member nominated bank account or discounts at the members unique referred business, which must include the discount granted by that business. The individual member confirms the discount was provided by completing a Confirmation" Form provided on the queenslandparlorregistry.com.au website. The Confirmation form must be completed before the participating business can be reimbursed the discount amount by Queenslandparlorregistry.com.au
B. Earning Points/Credits: Rewards are earned based on Member activity, such as purchases, referrals, other actions specified from time to time by the Company.
C. Redemption Process: Members may redeem accumulated Rewards through the designated redemption channels provided by the Company.
D. Reimbursements Process: Participating business is entitled to be reimbursed the amount discounted to the Happy Times member. By completing the Reimbursement form provided on Queenslandparlorregistry.com.au website.
E. The maximum amount of reimbursement is two hundred dollars ($200.00AUD) per twelve-month period.
F. A twelve-month period commences when the business has subscribed and posted two Adverts on the site.
G. Expiration Policies: Rewards in the form of discounts at participating businesses may expire after a specified period of inactivity or as determined by the Company. The Company reserves the right to adjust expiration policies at its discretion.
H. The company reserves the right to amend the cash payout and /or discount amount at its sole discretion.
V. Member Obligations
A. Compliance with Program Terms: Members are required to comply with all Program rules and terms outlined in this Agreement.
B. Accuracy of Information: Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information when enrolling in the Program and updating their account details. Also, when completing the "Claim The Cash" or "Confirmation" of Discount Forms.
C. Prohibited Activities: Prohibited activities include but are not limited to fraud, abuse, manipulation of the Program, or any other conduct that violates Program rules or applicable laws.
VI. Data Privacy and Security
A. Collection of Personal Information: The Company may collect and use personal information provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
B. Use of Data: Member data may be used for Program administration, communication, marketing, and other purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy.
C. Security Measures: The Company employs reasonable security measures to protect Member data and ensure confidentiality.
VII. Modification and Termination
A. Right to Modify Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this Agreement and Program rules at any time. Notice of such changes will be provided to Members via email or through other designated communication channels.
B. Termination of the Agreement: Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other Party.
VIII. Dispute Resolution
A. Arbitration Clause: Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian ASIC or other intermediary.
B. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
IX. Limitation of Liability
A. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the Program, including but not limited to the availability, accuracy, or reliability of Rewards and Discounts.
B. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.
X. General Provisions
A. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
B. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect in the state of Queensland Australia.
C. Assignment: Neither Party may assign or transfer its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other Party.
D. Waiver: The failure of either Party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce such provision in the future.
E. Notices: Any notices or communications required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered to the respective Parties' addresses provided herein.
XI. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
XII. COPYRIGHT PROTECTED.
The program in its entirety with its features and benefits is copyright protected according to the website Terms and Conditions.
XIII. PROGRAM RULES - SUMMARY

Sign-Up Process: Members create a free account and join The Happy Times group. They can refer businesses and claim rewards as cash payouts or discounts only at the specific business they were instrumental for successful subscribed business sign-ups.

Rewards Structure: Members earn a maximum of $200 reward cash payout or a discount for each referred business, redeemable once every twelve months. Discounts are exclusive to the referred business and cannot be combined with other businesses unless they are referred by the member.

Conditions for Rewards: The referred business must be an active subscribed member for no less than four(4) continuous months to qualify to be reimbursed. The member can claim their reward discount immediately from the referred business, from the date the business has signed up and subscribed to site.

Member cash payouts or business reimbursements: cannot occur until the referred business has paid the subscription continuously for the four-month period.

Posting Advertising: The subscribe business must have posted two Advertisements to qualify for reimbursement of discounts given.

Failing to Claim: If a member fails to claim their reward cash payout or discount within twelve months, it expires. Non-Accumulative.

Failing to Claim Reimbursement: If a business fails to claim a discount reimbursement it expires after twelve months.

Termination of membership: A member may have their membership cancelled if they fail to claim a reward at their referred business once per a twelve (12) month period.

Reimbursement for Businesses: Referred businesses receive reimbursement for discounts given to customers, capped at $200 every twelve months. They must submit the website “Reimbursement Form” to claim this reimbursement within the same twelve-month period.

Condition for reimbursement: The Business must upload a receipt (EFTPOS or Image) as proof the discount was provided.

Completion of Forms: The member must complete the websites " Claim The Cash" OR “Confirmation Form” by logging into the member group and complete the form. The business must complete the websites Reimbursement form by logging into their account and complete the form.

Condition: The business cannot be reimbursed until all required forms are submitted.

Termination of the Program: The company reserves the right to adjust or amend the program conditions and to terminate the entire program at its absolute discretion.
